TEN. items are made using SILVER925 and K18 because we want you to be able to use them for a long time.
Please use it for a long time and enjoy the changes that occur over time.
If a product with a certificate of authenticity is damaged due to a defect within one week of purchase, we will accept a return or exchange.
Please present this along with the certificate of authenticity and receipt to the store where you purchased the product. If you are unable to visit the store, please contact our customer service center.
Regarding exchanges, please note that if the item is out of stock, it may take some time to be exchanged.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases even if the product is within the warranty period.
Products that have been repaired or altered by the customer (such as resizing or engraving).
A certificate of authenticity that appears to have been tampered with.
Defects other than initial defects (pulling with too much force, getting caught and torn, being stepped on and deforming), etc. caused by customer reasons.
Discoloration caused by wearing in hot springs, seawater, etc. will not be eligible for return or exchange.
If both the receipt and the certificate of authenticity are lost.
Items with missing or damaged accessories (boxes, drawstring bags), soiled items, or items sold at a discount such as sale items or lucky bags.
Scratches or damage after use of the product.
SILVER925 is a soft material that scratches easily.
We want you to enjoy the scratches that appear as you use the product as part of its texture, so we will not accept returns or exchanges for small scratches or dullness that occurs after use.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been repaired or modified by the customer (such as changing parts, adjusting the size, engraving, etc.), even if the product is within the warranty period and the warranty card is present.
Repairs will be charged and shipping and repair costs will be borne by the customer.

18KGP products are made of silver 925 with a gold coating, so if they are hit or rubbed, the affected area may peel off.
We do not use nickel, which is prone to cause metal allergies. However, as the ingredients that cause allergies vary from person to person, we recommend that you undergo a patch test at a medical institution before use.
If sweat, sebum, etc. adheres to the product, it may cause darkening or discoloration, so please clean it with a cloth or soft cloth after use.
As with silver, please remove the ring when bathing, going to the beach, swimming pool, hot springs, etc.
If it gets wet, wipe it off immediately with a dry, soft cloth.
The gold plating is applied thickly, assuming that it will thin over time. Enjoy the changes that occur over time.
Note: Do not use abrasive cloths or silver cloths as they may remove the surface coating.
If you are concerned about the color fading of the gold plating, we can re-coat it for an additional fee.
K18/K10 are delicate and can be damaged by simply hitting something hard and giving it impact.
Please note that friction, snagging, and minor impacts in everyday life can cause damage or scratches to your jewelry.
Please store your jewelry individually using dividers in small bags or boxes to prevent them from bumping into each other.
Jewelry is sensitive to chlorine and sulfur, which can cause the base metal to discolor.
In addition, oils from everyday cosmetics, creams, hairsprays, perfumes, etc., and water from water work, bathing, swimming pools, etc.
If dirt such as dust, sweat, soap, and limescale, or the oil, moisture, and dirt mentioned above adheres to the product, or if the product is left in a wet state, it can cause discoloration and a dull shine.
Since jewelry is something that is worn, even if you take good care of it, it will be affected by everyday foreign substances such as sweat and sebum.
We recommend wearing it just before going out after your makeup and hair are done.
To prevent your jewelry from tarnishing, store it away from direct sunlight.
Store your jewelry in separate containers with lids, away from direct sunlight.
However, storing your jewelry in a humid place can cause it to deteriorate.
Please remove it from the case regularly and perform maintenance.
When putting on or taking off your jewelry, gently wipe off any sweat, sebum, or dust that may have accumulated with a soft cloth.
For the K18/K10 series, please polish it with TEN.'s original jewelry cloth, which does not contain abrasives.
If you are concerned about dirt, we recommend cleaning it with jewelry cleaner.

When leather products get wet, they can shrink, harden, and become moldy.
Drying with heaters, hair dryers, irons, etc. may cause the garment to become stiff or shrink.
If it gets wet, pat it dry with a dry towel, dry it in the shade, and then replenish the oil with a special cream.
Leather is difficult to dye and tends to fade easily. When worn with light-colored clothing, the color may transfer due to friction.
Also, be careful of sunlight and fluorescent light, as prolonged exposure may cause the color to fade.
Leather breathes, so we recommend storing it in an open container or regularly drying it in the shade in a well-ventilated place.

Natural stone (including pearl) products are very delicate materials and can react with moisture, salt, alcohol, chemicals, cosmetics, and sweat, causing discoloration, deterioration, and damage to the texture. Please take care when using these products. Please remove them when exercising, cooking, doing laundry, bathing, entering hot springs, or swimming in the sea. If any of the above substances come into contact with your product, please gently wipe it off with a soft cloth.
Because resin is used, the color tone may vary slightly due to the nature of the material.
Resin is vulnerable to impact, so please be careful not to drop or hit it.
Also, please avoid contact with hard objects as much as possible.
Please be careful not to leave it in direct sunlight for a long period of time, as this may cause discoloration.
Zirconia is resistant to acid and does not deteriorate over time, but it is a delicate material and can be damaged by high temperatures or strong impacts. Please be careful not to store it near hard objects, and regularly clean it by wiping it with a soft cloth and cleaning it with jewelry cleaner.
TEN. necklaces and bracelets are made from very delicate and fine materials.
Please handle the chain gently as twisting or breaking may cause it to break.
After use, please use the dedicated cloth and cleaner.
The post part is also made of SILVER925, and because it is thin, it may become loose or deformed as you wear it due to the nature of the material.
In this case, gently push the post up with your finger and return it to its original position so that it snaps into place.
Please handle it gently without using too much force.
Due to the nature of the chain, it reacts with sweat and sebum, causing darkening and discoloration.
We recommend that you clean the product thoroughly after wearing it.
For SILVER925 products, gently wipe with a silver cloth, and for 18KGP products, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store in a dry place.
Also, if you are concerned about blackening, please use a silver cleaner or a cleaner compatible with gold coating.
Please be careful not to come into contact with hot springs, seawater, rubber products, perfumes, cosmetics, etc., as the ingredients in these items may cause a chemical reaction and discoloration.
The snake chain is delicate so please handle it with care.
TEN. earrings use screw-type parts to prevent them from falling off.
When wearing the product, please rotate the screws. Please be careful not to apply too much force to any part other than the screws as this may cause deformation.
